With this 900X Microscope Kit, young scientists will find everything they need to begin exploring the hidden microscopic realm.

A true classic, this 900x Microscope Kit is a low cost, high-quality microscope. It combines a 20x eyepiece with a rotating turret of three objective lenses to offer magnifications of 100x, 400x and 900x and built-in illumination. It also includes a color filter wheel to to enhance contrast to give specimens extra definition, see features below.

Accessories include collection/prepping tools, prepared and blank slides, a shrimp hatchery and more. The microscope and all of its accessories can be easily secured in the hard shell case to help protect the optics and accessories from dust when in transit or storage.

The original classic 28 Piece 900X Microscope now gives you more with 45 pieces in the set. Included are all necessary tools for observing the included prepared slides, hatching the included eggs of real Brine Shrimp, and for gathering and storing of specimens collected in the field.
Three objective lenses mounted on a rotating turret provide magnifications of 100x, 400x and 900x.
Smooth rack and pinion focusing mechanism allows for careful adjustment to view the specimen at its sharpest.
The microscope arm and the base are made of rugged cast metal for many years of use. Net weight of the 900x Microscope with batteries installed is just 16 ounces.
The adjustable microscope arm and be adjusted over a wide range for the most comfortable viewing angle.
The generous 66mm x 73mm stage with clips (that secure the microscope slides on the stage) is large enough to easily center specimens under the objective lens.
The under-the-stage reversible illuminator unit combines a flat mirror for using ambiant light, and a white LED for powered illumination and is fully adjustable to put the illumination where you need it on the specimen. Two AA batteries fit in a compartment in the base to allow anytime, anywhere illumination.
Under-the-stage eight position color filter/aperture (four full aperture color filters red, yellow, blue, and green; and four clear apertures (2mm, 3mm, 6mm, and 10mm) on a single wheel disk with click stops at each position is used to enhance contrast.
The *storage case with its clear inspection window, holds the microscope and all the supplied individual components for safe storage. *Case color may vary.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at shipping@telescopewolves.com.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to shipping@telescopewolves.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Daystar Filters's Warranty:

If used as directed, your DayStar filter is guaranteed for ten years. Should the filter become inoperative due to optical or mechanical failure, Daystar will repair the filter or replace it with an equivalent filter at no repair cost to the customer.

Under no circumstances shall a refund be issued:

due to application issues or the buyer's lack of skills in application of the product
- Application of the DayStar product requires a degree of technical expertise specific to the exact product line, which is not common to other optical applications
if the product’s technical application procedures are NOT followed properly and poor results are yielded
- Application procedures are posted on Daystar’s website and are stated in further detail in the client's operation manual
due to buyer’s remorse

Goods are warranted to be in operative, working condition as stated in specifications of product at the time of delivery. Should the goods not meet these specifications, Telescope Wolves will put a request in on your behalf to repair or replace the goods with items which meet stated specifications of product.

Goods shipped shall meet specifications stated by means of optical laboratory testing using independently verified spectrometer testing methods, visual inspection, and visual qualification of performance.
