Shipping Policy
At Telescope Wolves, our goal is to provide reliable and transparent shipping for every order. We are committed to processing orders promptly and keeping you informed at every stage of delivery.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number and receipt.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information becomes active once the carrier scans the package into their system.
If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder. If it is still missing, contact us at info@telescopewolves.com with the subject line “Order Confirmation Not Received.”
Shipping Charges

Free standard shipping is offered on orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States.

Due to changing governmental, regulatory, or carrier-imposed policies, additional shipping fees may apply depending on the product, destination, or shipping method.

Any applicable additional fees will be communicated prior to shipment or invoiced separately if required by the carrier or governing authority.

Expedited shipping options may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.
Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States only.

Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are excluded.

If delivery is requested outside of the 48 contiguous United States, additional shipping fees may apply, and shipment availability is subject to approval prior to order fulfillment.
Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (PST) are generally processed the same business day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (PST), on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

During sales events or holiday periods, please allow up to 48 hours for order dispatch.
Custom or special-order items may require additional processing time. If customization is required, we will contact you before processing your order.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 4–8 business days (Monday–Friday), depending on your location, carrier, and product type.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs or regulatory reviews, or other factors outside our control.

Expedited Shipping
If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping may be available.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.

Some items may be subject to a restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund where applicable.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Returns must be requested after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Gift Wrapping
At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping services.

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
