How It Works

If you find a lower advertised price on an identical item within one month of your purchase, we'll refund you the difference. It's that simple.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a price match, all of the following must be true:

• The item was purchased from Telescope Wolves
• The lower price is found within one month of your original order date
• The competing retailer is an authorized online retailer
• The product is identical, new, and currently in stock at the competitor
• The competitor's price is publicly advertised online
• The match applies to item price plus shipping, excluding taxes

What's Not Eligible

A few kinds of pricing don't qualify for a match:

• Auction sites, third-party marketplaces, or unauthorized sellers
• Clearance items, rebates, coupon codes, or bundle promotions
• Limited-time flash sales or "buy one, get one" offers
• Pricing errors or misprints

How to Request a Price Match

Email our support team at info@telescopewolves.com with:

• Your order number
• A link or screenshot showing the lower advertised price

Once we verify it, we'll refund the difference straight to your original payment method — no back-and-forth required.
