Return and Refund Policy

At Telescope Wolves, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Be unused and unassembled
  • Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@telescopewolves.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return request is approved:

  • We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label
  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of return approval.

Please note that while we process refunds promptly, your bank or credit card provider may require additional time for the refund to appear on your account.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@telescopewolves.com as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the item, including close-ups of the affected area
  • Proof of delivery, if available

All claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Customer Remorse / Change of Mind

Returns due to customer remorse (e.g., change of mind, ordering the wrong item) are accepted within the 30-day return window, provided the item meets return eligibility requirements.

Please note:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
  • A 5% restocking fee applies to all customer remorse returns

Exchanges

If you would like to request an exchange, please contact info@telescopewolves.com with:

  • The name and SKU of the item you currently have
  • The name and SKU of the item you would like to exchange it for

Exchanges are subject to product availability and return eligibility.


Price Match Guarantee

At Telescope Wolves, we believe you should always get the best price on your telescope purchase. If you find the same item listed at a lower price from a qualifying retailer, we will match it.

What We'll Match

We will match the price of any identical item (same brand, model, SKU, and condition) that is:

  • In stock and available for purchase at the competing retailer at the time of your request
  • Sold by a qualifying retailer (see below)
  • Listed at a lower price than our current price, excluding any promotional codes, loyalty rewards, or membership pricing the competitor may require

Qualifying Retailers

We match prices from reputable, authorized US-based retailers that sell new telescope equipment, including authorized brand dealers, established online telescope and optics retailers, and major national retailers with a verifiable online storefront.

We do not match prices from:

  • Marketplace sellers (Amazon third-party sellers, eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, etc.)
  • Liquidation or clearance-only sites
  • Wholesale or membership-only clubs
  • International retailers
  • Retailers that are no longer in business or have unverifiable pricing

How to Request a Price Match

Before placing your order:

  1. Find the lower price at a qualifying retailer.
  2. Contact us at info@telescopewolves.com with the subject line "Price Match Request."
  3. Include the name and SKU of the item, a link to the competitor's product page, and a screenshot showing the lower price and availability.
  4. Our team will verify the listing and respond within 1–2 business days.
  5. Once approved, we will apply the price match before processing your order.

After placing your order:

If you find a lower qualifying price within 7 days of your purchase date, contact us at info@telescopewolves.com and we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

Price Match Exclusions

  • Items that are out of stock at the competing retailer
  • Bundle deals, package pricing, or items sold as part of a kit not offered separately
  • Open-box, refurbished, used, or damaged items
  • Flash sales, limited-time deals, doorbusters, or one-day-only promotions
  • Prices that result from typographical or pricing errors
  • Prices requiring a coupon, promo code, loyalty membership, or subscription
  • Items that Telescope Wolves no longer carries or has discontinued

Price matches are applied to the item price only and do not affect shipping charges. Only one price match may be applied per item. Telescope Wolves reserves the right to verify all requests and decline those that do not meet the above criteria.
