Turn your existing eyepiece slot into a camera — for both your telescope and your microscope. The Explore Scientific MikrOkular Full HD Eyepiece Camera (59-13650) is a budget-friendly way to start capturing images and video without buying a dedicated astro camera or microscope camera. At $69.99, it's the easiest first step into astrophotography or microscopy imaging.

What will you see and capture? Through a telescope: the Moon's craters in sharp detail, Jupiter's cloud bands and moons, Saturn's rings, and star clusters. Through a microscope: cells, microorganisms, insects, and mineral structures — all in Full HD (1920 × 1080). Great for science projects, classroom demos, or first-time astrophotography.

Is it easy to use? Yes — it drops right into your existing 1.25" telescope eyepiece holder or microscope eyepiece tube. Three adapters are included (30mm, 30.5mm, 31.7mm / 1.25") so it fits virtually any standard telescope or microscope. USB-powered and plug-and-play ready — no drivers needed on Mac, and simple Windows software is included for stills and video capture.

What's included? MikrOkular camera, adapters for 30mm, 30.5mm, and 31.7mm (1.25") eyepiece tubes, and multi-language Windows software. The telescope adapter includes a 1.25" filter thread for optional imaging filters.
