The Explore Scientific Sidara Essential 130mm is a beginner Newtonian reflector telescope paired with the app-guided SkyAssist mount. A reflector uses a mirror rather than a lens, giving you lots of light-gathering aperture at a friendly price — here a 130mm (5.1-inch) mirror with a fast 650mm focal length (f/5) that's great for deep-sky objects as well as the Moon and planets.

SkyAssist uses your smartphone to work out where the telescope is pointing and then guides you straight to whatever object you select, so finding targets is easy even on your very first night.
