The SVBONY SV220 2" S-II & O-III dual-band telescope filter helps one-shot-colour astrophotographers pull rich, high-contrast nebula detail out of the night sky without switching filters or moving to a mono camera. It passes only two narrow slivers of light — the sulphur-II line at 672nm and the oxygen-III line at 500.7nm — and blocks nearly everything else, so emission nebulae glow against a dark background.

"Narrowband" means the filter lets through only a very thin band of wavelengths (about 7nm here). That tight window cuts light pollution, keeps stars tight, and delivers cleaner, more colourful frames straight from the camera. The 2" size suits full-frame cameras and larger imaging trains.

What does a dual-band S-II/O-III filter do?
