A Complete High-Performance System for Serious Deep-Sky and Planetary Work

The AXD2-VMC260L(WT) pairs a 260mm catadioptric optical tube with the precision AXD2 Go-To equatorial mount and a heavy-duty aluminum tripod — everything matched and ready to use out of the box.

The 3,000mm focal length (f/11.5) delivers the magnification needed for detailed planetary views and faint deep-sky objects. The main-mirror focusing system keeps your eyepiece or camera fixed in place during focus adjustments — a practical advantage when heavy imaging equipment is attached. The AXD2 mount runs on 50mm super-alloy axes with 21 bearings and a brass worm-and-wheel drive for smooth, stable long-exposure tracking.
