A Powerful, Complete Telescope Kit for Serious Observers and Astrophotographers

The AXJ-VMC260L (WT) is a ready-to-use telescope kit that combines a large 260mm catadioptric optical tube, a motorized Go-To equatorial mount, and a carbon-fiber tripod. Everything arrives as a matched system — no sourcing a separate mount or tripod.

The 260mm aperture (a catadioptric design, meaning it uses both mirrors and lenses in a compact tube) gathers significantly more light than smaller telescopes, revealing fine planetary detail, faint galaxies, and deep-sky objects that are simply out of reach for beginner scopes. The 3,000mm focal length (f/11.5) makes it especially well-suited for high-magnification planetary and lunar work.

What You Can See

  • Planetary detail: cloud bands on Jupiter, ring structure on Saturn, polar ice caps on Mars
  • Faint galaxies, globular clusters, and planetary nebulae
  • Fine lunar surface detail at high magnification
