A Premium Refractor and Go-To Mount System Ready for Serious Imaging

The AXD2-AX103S-P pairs a 103mm SD triplet apochromatic refractor with the precision AXD2 Go-To equatorial mount and pillar base — a fully matched system for deep-sky astrophotography and high-quality visual observing.

The AX103S uses premium SD glass in a triplet apochromatic design, which virtually eliminates color fringing and delivers sharp, high-contrast images edge-to-edge at 825mm (f/8). The AXD2 mount runs on 50mm super-alloy axes with 21 bearings and a worm-and-wheel micro-drive, handling payloads up to 30kg with smooth, accurate tracking. The built-in 6×20mm illuminated polar alignment scope makes polar alignment straightforward, and the STAR BOOK TEN Go-To controller navigates to celestial targets automatically.
