On cold or humid nights, moisture from the air condenses on your telescope's lens or corrector plate — blurring your view or blocking it entirely. A dew heater wraps around the front of your telescope and keeps the glass just warm enough to prevent condensation from forming in the first place.

The Dew Heater 2 runs on eight D-cell batteries (included battery box), so no external power supply or controller is needed.
